At Connections To Help Group C. I. C, we strive to support those in need of assistance across the country in every town, city, village and county. Having experienced anxiaty, stress and other mental health issues we take pride in helping everyone get assitance to either remove, or at the very least allieviate problems. As a means of mental health therapy (please, we are not therapists or phycologists, we are individuals who have suffered from some poor mental health issues at some stage in our lives) we use heritage projects, including archaeology and historical research to facilitate improving poor mental health, among communities, from Veterans to the over 55's! We are not offering a single service, where, once you have recieved the assitance you need, we will remain in touch so that your good mental health is maintianed.
